How to use:
Step 1: Exfoliate lips with a sugar scrub to get rid of all the dead skin on lips.
Step 2: Rinse lips with water to remove all the sugar scrub from lips.
Step 3: Choose your favorite chapstick, lip balm or any moisturizer on hand and apply to lips.
Step 4: Pout lips with a napkin or hand towel to remove any excess moisturizer.
Step 5: Apply liquid lipstick to the middle part of lip and work to the outer part of lip to ensure precise application.
Step 6: Pout lips lightly again to remove excess lipstick to avoid creasing.
