Refund policy

At Threatened Cosmetics, we are proud and firmly believe in our products. That is the reason why we want you to be satisfied and happy the moment you receive them.

Damages and Issues

  • Once forwarded to the courier for shipping, Threatened Cosmetics is no longer responsible for your package. We are not liable if the delivered package is lost, stolen or damaged.
  • If we sent you the wrong item, take a photo or video of the product. Email info@threatenedcosmetics.com along with your order number and photo/video to help us verify. Rest assured that we will ship out the correct items immediately after evaluation.

Kindly note that Threatened Cosmetics is not responsible or liable if you have already received the product and realized that you ordered the wrong items. In this case, you will need to reorder the correct item.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Since our products are considered cosmetics/personal care items, we cannot arrange for returns (on gift cards included) and exchanges due to health and hygiene reasons.

As for refunds, we consider your order a done deal once we ship it out. We will no longer grant refund requests.

Cancellation Policy

Only orders that have not been shipped out can be canceled. Threatened Cosmetics will no longer entertain and grant cancellation requests after shipping out orders.
