Shipping policy

US Shipping

We process your orders within 24-28 hours and send out prompt email notifications regarding your shipping and tracking information once shipped. Please note that any orders placed before 12 AM EST will be processed the following business day. Additionally, our business days are Monday-Friday.

Orders above 25 USD is shipped for free; shipping usually takes 5-8 business days (excluding processing time) to complete.

Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days (excluding processing time), while First Class Packages take 1-3 or 1-5 business days, depending on the size of the parcel and the customer’s address.

Canada/All Other Shipping Destinations

It takes 3-5 business days to process non-US orders; you will receive email notifications upon shipment. 

We do not offer free shipping to Canada-based customers and other non-continental US destinations. 

Shipping fees will be based on the parcel’s weight and the customer’s location. Additional customs fees may be charged depending on the regulations set by the customer’s country. You will be notified of these costs during the checkout.

Delivery (excluding processing time) ideally takes 6-10 business days, but this is subject to change depending on the courier’s lead time.
