How to use:
Step 1: Exfoliate lips with a sugar scrub to get rid of all the dead skin on lips.
Step 2: Rinse lips with water to remove all the sugar scrub from lips.
Step 3: Choose your favorite chapstick, lip balm or any moisturizer on hand and apply to lips.
Step 4: Pout lips with a napkin or hand towel to remove any excess moisturizer.
Step 5: Apply lip liner starting from the corners of your lips and continue to follow the your lip shape.
Step 6: Add your favorite lippie, rub lips together to blend products and your pout is ready.
